Kate Seale is a customer success executive, leader, and mentor with more than two decades of experience helping people and organizations grow. As Director of Customer Success at G2, she is passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to strengthen customer relationships without losing the human connection.

A proud Coastal Bend resident, Kate believes in the power of mentorship, lifelong learning, and lifting others as they grow. She enjoys encouraging the next generation of leaders—especially women pursuing careers in technology and business—and is committed to making a positive impact in both her profession and her community. Outside of work, Kate enjoys life on Padre Island with her family, traveling, and tackling creative home design projects.
