Open positions:

Charity Liaison

  • Serve as primary contact for communication with charity partners to support a clear, efficient, and compliant grant process aligned with the organization’s bylaws and mission.

  • Manage the intake and organization of charity applications; vet all nominees prior to quarterly charity selections.

  • Review and verify charity partner eligibility in accordance with organizational bylaws.

  • Communicate with all charities chosen to present in the weeks prior to quarterly meetings; help chosen charities prepare to present

  • Follow up with the awarded Impact Grant charity after each quarterly meeting to obtain impact statements and coordinate follow-up presentations.

  • Collaborate with the Community Involvement Chair to identify “bonus give” opportunities and volunteer service opportunities.

Secretary

  • Assure that an agenda has been prepared by the board president and/or chairperson and that the agenda is distributed in advance of the meeting

  • Oversee the distribution of background information for agenda items to be discussed

  • Prepare official minutes of meetings and records motions, discussions, votes, and decisions

  • Prepare and provide the previous meeting’s written minutes to board members before the next meeting and records any changes or corrections

  • Schedule and notify board members of upcoming meetings

  • Support Charity Liaison
